This cocktail is ideal for those who are new to the world of mixology and are just getting started with their liquor collection. It only requires one spirit, pear and sparkling wine. You can also replace sparkling wine with cava!
It’s also one of the easiest tipples to make if you’re having a picnic. We recommend using a herbaceous gin such as The Botanist Islay Dry Gin or Sipsmith Gin for this concoction.

Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients (1 Serving)
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Honey
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Pear juice
- Prosecco, to top up
- Thyme sprig, to garnish
Pour the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.
Bright and energizing, with a hint of sweetness and fizz. It’s pear-fect!
