Drips Bakery Turns 16 With a Six-Flavour Tart Medley and Two New Ciabattas
Drips Bakery is marking its 16th anniversary with a new Tart Medley, two new ciabattas and a $16 deal on two tart slices, all available from 13 October to 31 December 2026.
The six-flavour tart box
The 6-inch Tart Medley ($46.60, usual price $56.00) brings six of the bakery’s bestselling French butter-baked tarts together in one shareable box: Blackberry Crumble, Macadamia, Cherry Brandy, Cinnamon Apple, French Pear and Cinnamon Raspberry. Personally, I found the portion of the tart just right, and it is going to be a hit with tart lovers.
Savoury Ciabatta

Drips has added two savoury loaves. The Charcoal Sea Salt Butter Ciabatta has a charcoal crust and rich sea salt butter notes, and it works in a sandwich or on its own. The Fried Onion & Herbs Ciabatta is an aromatic loaf infused with fried onion and herbs. Each costs $6.80, or $11.60 for a pair with one of each flavour. I have tried the bread, and it was so fluffy and fragrant that I kept going back for more. Bread lovers, this one is a must-try.
Local-inspired danishes to add to your order
If you want something with a local twist, the Ondeh Ondeh Danish ($5.50) pairs buttery laminated pastry with pandan, gula melaka and coconut. The Japanese-inspired Black Sesame Mochi Danish ($5.80) offers three textures in one bite: crisp, creamy and chewy.
Where to find Drips Bakery in Singapore
Drips is a good place to start if you want to support a homegrown bakery. It began on Tiong Poh Road in 2010. In 2026, it added a dedicated retail bakery on Seng Poh Road, while its One Raffles Place outlet serves the CBD, so it is easy to fit into a stroll around Tiong Bahru or a weekday in the city.
