The idea of a beach vacation has always been alluring, think about Sardinia of Italy, or someplace closer to home like Bali or Koh Samui. But hey – this is the year of pandemic, there’s nowhere to travel abroad yet without the need to be quarantined, now is, perhaps the best time to rediscover our island-city, Singapore.
Honestly, I’ve never been to Sentosa so many times in a year, not until C-19 happened. Plus, there’s free admission whether you’re driving or taking the Sentosa Express until 30 September 2020! And seriously, there’s a lot to do in Sentosa!
Check out the latest addition in Sentosa Palawan Beach, Singapore’s very first floating aqua park – HydroDash!
This floating aqua park reminds me of the American series: Ninja Warrior. It’s definitely something that the intrepid swimmers and fitness fanatics should not miss, although the Hydrodash at Sentosa Palawan Beach is designed to be family-friendly (Children below the age of 5 are not permitted). Time to work on your core strength as you make your way around the aqua park!

Even if you’re not as gung ho or competitive, you still can have a good time bouncing off the inflatable playground and sliding into the sea. Spending time outdoors getting sunshine vitamin can make us happier and healthier at a time like this.
Don’t forget to put on sunblock on your face, neck and ears as these areas are most exposed to the sun and sunburn is not fun.
