Tsui Wah: Hong Kong Style Late Night Eats At Clark Quay Central Till 2 AM

The Hong Kong chain restaurant Tsui Wah owned by Tsui Wah Holdings Limited is opening a brand new outlet in the vibrant central region of Singapore at Clark Quay Central. This will be the chain’s fourth outlet in Singapore which is set to offer it’s new concept Late Night Eats menu, available from 9:15PM until 2AM every Friday and Saturday, as well as public holiday eves. This makes the perfect supper place for partygoers in the area out for a good weekend. Do note that the supper menu and supper operating hours IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT CLARK QUAY CENTRAL OUTLET.

Tsui Wah is a Hong Kong-styled “Cha Chaan Teng”, literally translating in English to ‘Tea Restaurant’ serving all sorts of signature dishes, snacks and supper delights from Hong Kong. These dishes comprise of noodles, sandwiches and snacks, and a selection of vegetables and healthy choices amidst HK style and Tsui Wah specialty drinks. Some of Tsui Wah’s more popular items include the Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk (a crowd favourite) and HK-style Milk Tea pictured below. Others include BBQ Pork and Scrambled Egg Rice, Steamed Rice with Pork Cartilage on Scrambled Egg and Black Truffle Paste (NEW), and King Prawns in XO sauce with Tossed Noodles. Tsui Wah is open for breakfast daily with several different breakfast sets to choose from.

In addition to Tsui Wah’s Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk, they also sell delicious egg tarts where you can ‘Buy 3 Get 1 Free’, available for dine in and takeaway.

Continental Breakfast Set

Only from now till 31st March 2024, Tsui Wah is offering a hearty Continental Breakfast Set for its morning patrons. Running from 8:30am – 11am daily, the set comes with Baked Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce, Scrambled Egg, Buttered Crispy Bun & Coleslaw and a HK-style hot drink (switching from hot to ice drink requires an additional $0.50 top up). This set is available at all other outlets except The Heeren Tsui Wah outlet. 

Sunshine Breakfast Set

In addition to the Continental Breakfast Set, Tsui Wah also offers its patrons four other breakfast options. These are:

  • Set A: Macaroni with Shredded Imitation Abalone & Ham served with Buttered Crispy Bun, Sausage & Scrambled Eggs and Hong Kong-style drink.

  • Set B: Satay Beef with Instant Noodles, served with Buttered Crispy Bun, Sausage & Scrambled Eggs and Hong Kong-style drink.

  • Set C: Corn Kernel and Mushroom Porridge, served with Tossed Noodles and Hong Kong-style drink.

  • Set D: Crispy Bun with Kaya Butter, served with 2 Soft Boiled Eggs and HK-style drink.

For Set A & B, diners can also opt for 2 soft boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs, on top of the ability to top up $1 for luncheon meat instead of sausage.

Tsui Wah’s other only existing outlet is currently at Jewel Changi, offering the same menu.

Hong Kong Style Afternoon Tea is available at all Tsui Wah outlets islandwide on weekdays only from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. With a range of mains to choose from both asian and western cuisine, these sets all come with a Hong Kong style hot drink. Only Set A which is the Satay Beef Instant Noodles come with a side of scrambled eggs. Other main options are their Chicken Wings in Supreme Sauce With instant Noodles, Curry Beef Brisket Soup with Mixian, French Toast with Ovaltine Cream and Kokocrunch.
