This year, Marina Bay Singapore has announced the return of its annual Countdown Celebration after a two-year hiatus. Expect an exciting line-up of activities like explosive fireworks, illuminating light projections, and even a chill-out area! The New Year’s Eve Countdown will once again provide revellers with an immersive and enjoyable experience to usher in 2023 with renewed optimism and vigor.
STAR ISLAND – Multi-sensory Fireworks Extravaganza
Filled with artisanal fireworks, dazzling performances, pyrotechnics, and cutting-edge technology, STAR ISLAND is a ticketed event that promises a thrilling and unforgettable experience for spectators. . For the first time, the STAR ISLAND experience will also extend to the Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza with a special pre-show activation.
Tickets will go on sale on 20 October 2022, ranging from S$88 to S$318 (VIP experience). With each ticket, enjoy exclusive entry to the seated gallery at The Float @ at Marina Bay and access to the food village as well as the marketplace.

Share the Moment – Light Projection Shows
Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2023 presents Share The Moment – A series of light projection shows on the facades of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and the Merlion in the last week of December. The shows will feature original artworks by local students,, celebrating the act of giving under the theme “City of Good”
After Hours @ The Lawn – Lifestyle Hub
Drop by After Hours @ The Lawn, a lifestyle hub with games and playsets, F&B booths, entertainment offerings, and even a chill-out area that boasts a perfect view of the fireworks show. Support local artistes over at Mediacorp’s Let’s Celebrate 2023 Countdown Concert. Enjoy performances at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre, free for all to enjoy.
