I want to join the Transit Tour, but I do not have an entry visa into Singapore, Can I still join the Transit Tour? 

Depending on the issuing country of the passport you are holding, passengers of eligible nationalities enjoy visa-free entry into Singapore. Please click here to find out if you require a visa to enter Singapore. Possession of a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Please refer to the entry requirements for more information.  

Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF) 

Passengers of eligible nationalities may also qualify for VFTF if prevailing entry requirements are met. Assessment for entry is determined by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry. For more information, please click here. 

Please note that extension of stay for transiting travellers under the VFTF is strictly not allowed. 

Can I leave the tour midway and venture around Singapore on my own? 

Passengers who participate in the Singapore Transit Tour are allowed to break away from the group.  

However, participants will be responsible to make their way back to the airport, Singapore Transit Tour will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or additional costs incurred because of leaving the group.  

We advise all participants to plan their return journey carefully to ensure they arrive at the airport on time. 

Where is the assembly and check-in point?

All tour participants are required to assemble and check-in at the Singapore Transit Tour booth (Terminal 2 Transit near Gate F50), at least 60 minutes before the tours start.

Participants are welcome to check-in as early as 7:30 AM on the day of the tour.
