Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Pastry Chef Christopher Eng, the Chocoholic Bliss Afternoon Tea features a delightful array of chocolate-infused savories such as the Caprese Tart filled with Chocolate Balsamic, Vine Tomato, and Mozzarella Bocconcini, Sustainable Salmon with Urban Farm Dill complemented by a touch of white chocolate, and the Smoked Chicken Crepe, Waffles Basket, and plant-based Moussaka, and more!
And that’s just the beginning of your fancy midday break! Indulge in chocolate-infused dessert creations like Urban Farm Banana Tartlets, where Valrhona Opalys Chocolate meets a luscious banana compote. There’s also a cute Framboise Flower Pot, a raspberry chocolate adorned with yuzu curd and whipped mascarpone cream.
