Hobbiton Movie Set Tour
Fans of Lord of The Rings (LOTR) might have already known this, but in Matamata lies the Hobbiton Movie Set. The place was the filming location for the LOTR Trilogy. Experience the real Middle Earth that is situated on a family run farm in the heart of Waitako region.

Skyline Queenstown
Take a scenic ride in the iconic Skyline Gondola and take in the stunning views as you ride the steepest cable car lift in the Southern Hemisphere! You will be carried 480 metres above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu to the top of Bob’s Peak. From there, you can enjoy a spectacular view of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Walter, Cecil Peak and Queenstown.

The TSS Earnslaw is an integral part of Queenstown’s pioneering history and to this day a Queenstown icon. Cruise around Lake Whakatipu and oversee Queenstown’s breath-taking alpine scenery on this 90 minute cruise. The only thing more interesting than the view is TSS Earnslaw itself. Te Anau Glow-worm Caves
This is another glow-worm cave, except in the South Island. The trip starts with a scenic cruise on Lake Te Anau before your trip to the underground caves. Deep inside the caves, you will be taken by a small boat into a silent hidden grotto inhabited by hundreds of glow-worms that produce an extraordinary glittering display. There is also a guided tour by path for other parts of the caves.
