This exciting festival will run from 19 Jan to 8 Feb 2024 with a brand new theme – “Reimagine”. This year’s theme invites festival-goers on a journey of unexpected and unconventional exploration through a dynamic line-up of outdoor light art installations, indoor exhibitions, and interactive activities across the Civic District.

Taking inspiration from history, origin, and artworks from the National Collection, the festival presents a multitude of sensorial experiences. It transforms the city into a dynamic canvas where veteran and budding artists from Singapore and Southeast Asia get to showcase their thought-provoking works.
Each installation and programme is designed to challenge the traditional notions of art and encourage visitors to ‘reimagine’ what art could be. The festival stretches across three weeks, offering both free and ticketed experiences.
