Mister Wheel: Famous Taiwanese Wheel Cakes Now Available in Singapore

If you’ve been craving the authentic flavours of Taiwan’s iconic wheel cakes, I’ve got some fantastic news for you. Mister Wheel (不貳光車輪餅), the famous Taiwanese wheel cake shop, has rolled into Singapore! This is also its first outpost in Southeast Asia.

Wheel cakes, also known as “Che Lun Bing,” are a traditional Taiwanese street snack similar to Japanese Obanyaki, made with a soft and chewy pancake batter and filled with various sweet or savoury fillings. One is never enough!

Mister Wheel’s soft and chewy wheel pies are made with ingredients sourced directly from Taiwan.

One of the best things about Mister Wheel is that all their wheel cakes are freshly prepared upon ordering, so you can always expect a piping hot and deliciously fresh treat. With a wide variety of flavours to choose from, there’s something for everyone.

If you’re looking for recommendations, I absolutely adore their Taiwan Taro wheel cake, which showcases the natural sweetness and creaminess of taro, a beloved ingredient in Taiwanese cuisine. For tea lovers, the Earl Grey Custard wheel cake is a must-try, with its aromatic and velvety smooth custard filling. And if you’re craving something fruity and refreshing, the Strawberry Custard wheel cake is a perfect choice, featuring a delightful balance of sweet strawberries and creamy custard.

You can find Mister Wheel on the first floor of Tower One at Suntec City. It’s a takeaway kiosk with no seating area.
