Catch National Day Parade Rehearsal Fireworks

In the weeks leading up to Singapore’s birthday month – August, you will find National Day Parade rehearsal and fireworks display. Take this opportunity to book a staycation over the weekend or have a nice meal in town with your loved ones. The fireworks typically commence in the evening at 8.15PM.

Admire Orchids Extravaganza at Gardens by the Bay

Presented in partnership with the Embassies of Indonesia and Thailand and High Commissions of Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia, uncovers the allure of orchids in the east tropics that have captivated early botanical explorers and plant hunters.

In collaboration with the National Heritage Board, there will also be a showcase of kebaya, in support of the multinational nomination jointly submitted by Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand to inscribe the kebaya on the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Sing your favourite national day songs with all your heart! This will be the fifth edition of the concert and it will feature performances by Mediacorp celebrities.
