Introducing “Flavours of Curry & Tradition: A Nasi Kandar Affair”, this special themed buffet is only available for dinner, and has taken Ginger’s existing buffet menu up a notch with northern Malaysian cuisine, featuring rare mamak dishes not commonly found outside Penang. Expect a delightful array of dishes including Ayam Goreng Bawang fried chicken, Seafood Sambal Udang, and even Sambal Crab, Mamak Style Baby Lobster, among many others.

3. Siam Kitchen

Break your fast this Ramadan with a Thai-licious feast at Siam Kitchen! Savour the fiery flavours of Thailand with their Halal-certified all-you-can-eat ala carte buffet. Enjoy classic appetizers like Chicken Wings and Satay, salads, and a delicious selection of Thai dishes like boat noodles, minced chicken basil and pineapple fried rice.
