IPPUDO Singapore 2024 Grand Meu has plant-based ramen and new dishes

One of the most exciting additions to the menu is the introduction of plant-based ramen options, ensuring a truly inclusive dining experience for all. And staying true to IPPUDO’s commitment to quality, these plant-based bowls are just as delicious as their traditional counterparts.

Nirvana NY

Nirvana NY (S$18.00), a bowl of plant-based soup served with hand-pressed wavy noodles and topped with grilled eggplant chashu, enoki tempura, spring onion, savoury grated carrots and a drizzle of onion oil.

Wadashi Vege

For a lighter option, the Wadashi Vege (S$18.00) offers a delicious meatless experience. A bowl of wholegrain ramen served in a smooth dashi broth meticulously prepared from porcini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and kelp, finished off with tamago, menma, daikon, radish, sprouts and leek.

And for IPPUDO regulars, get ready to expand your list of favourites with even more delicious options.
