Alcohol is, of course, one of the most popular ferments known to humankind. Here we bring together Gin and Prosecco, which sound like a celebratory cocktail mix to ace your dinner parties.
Gin cocktails always taste like sophistication, and they don’t have to have a lot of ingredients or complicated steps, but they always look well-concocted.
1. Sparkling Bee’s Knees
Ingredients – 1 Serving
35ml gin
20ml honey
20ml lemon juice
70ml sparkling wine
Combine the gin, honey and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe and top up with Martini Prosecco.
2. Berry Gin Bellini
Ingredients – 1 Serving
35ml gin
5ml Chambord (or raspberry liqueur)
70ml Prosecco
70ml lemonade
Summer berries, to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute or a tall glass packed with ice. Garnish with summer berries.
3. Jasmine & Rosé Gin Spritz
Ingredients – 1 Serving
50ml Rose gin
75ml lemon juice
75ml Prosecco
Strawberries, to garnish
Build over ice, top with prosecco, gently churn. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and strawberry.
