Maeklong Railway Market (Also known as the life-risking market)

This local gem is a must-visit attraction in amazing Thailand. Spanning 100 metres, the market is conveniently situated near the Mae Klong Railway Station in Mueng District, Samut Songkhram Province. Here, you’ll find an array of fresh produce, including seafood, vegetables, fruits, meats, and more. Operating from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the market gets its daring nickname from its proximity to the Mae Klong-Ban Laem railway. Don’t miss your chance to experience this unique market where stalls are attached to the railway tracks of the bustling Mahachai and Mae Klong line.
