The Peninsula
The Peninsula invites families to reunite in a seasonal celebration that dates back more than 3,000 years – the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Peninsula has been creating its own Mid-Autumn traditions since 1986, when it first launched its now-iconic egg custard mooncakes using premium-grade duck eggs, butter, and coconut milk. This year, Paradise Group will be bringing back its Gems of the Full Moon line up which was first unveiled in 2020.
A luscious bundle of chocolatey pleasures, perfectly matched with the perfect flavour combinations in each bite – the wildly popular Liqueur Snow Skin Mooncakes (S$68 per box of 8 pieces) are made with silky smooth Chestnut paste Jasmine or Lotus Pasty doughs and a chocolate truffle core infused with different liqueurs. Encasing the soft centre is a thin layer of crunchy chocolate shell made using premium, natural chocolate from Valrhona’s Inspiration.
