Thailand Implements Mandatory Digital Arrival Card from 1st May 2025: Here’s What You Need to Know

Starting from 1st May 2025, all travellers, including Singaporeans, must complete a mandatory digital arrival card before entering Thailand. Here’s everything you need to know to make your trip to Thailand smooth and hassle-free.

What is the Mandatory Digital Arrival Card

All foreign passport holders arriving in Thailand by air, land, or sea will be required to use the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), also known as TM.6 online. This digital card will replace the traditional paper arrival card. This system will help track tourists during their stay in Thailand, contributing to enhanced security measures.

How to Apply for the TDAC

  • Complete the digital form online before your trip: This will help avoid delays upon arrival in Thailand. No fees required for the submission of TDAC.
  • Ensure you have all the necessary information: This includes your passport details, travel itinerary, and address of stay in Thailand.
  • Stay informed about any updates or changes: Check official Thai government websites or consult with your airline for the latest information.
