Spy x Family and Genki Sushi have joint hands to launch Mission Oishii, featuring a special menu of specially created dishes! Fans of Spy x Family can relive iconic moments from the anime right here in Singapore! Psst… not to worry the food is not prepared by Yor!
Fans would be intrigued to try Anya’s favourite: Peanuts! And it’s appearing in the form of Anya’s Beef & Peanut Butter Maki, a sushi roll generously filled with short plate beef and crunchy cucumbers (no carrots for Anya-chan!), topped with tamago (Japanese omelette) and the finishing touch, lashings of tasty housemade peanut sauce. If you’re fan of peanut like Anya, you’d love this creation!
In the anime, Anya’s quest to earn Stella Stars is key to helping Loid’s mission. Remember the heartwarming moment when she bravely saved a drowning child, earning her first Stella Star? Loid couldn’t have been prouder! To celebrate Anya’s triumph, Genki Sushi presents the Stellar Ebi Katsu. Although not all kira-kira shiny, this fun star-shaped shrimp cutlet sure dazzles as it’s fried to a perfect crisp golden. It’s a win for Operation Strix!
Adding the SPY x FAMILY spark to a universal favourite, Genki Sushi is also jazzing up a noodle dish. A nod to Nissin’s collaboration with SPY x FAMILY for the release of the movie CODE: White last year, Genki Sushi will serve its version of Hiyashi Tanuki Udon, a refreshing chilled dish made with Japanese udon topped with crabstick, tamago, cucumber, and crunch of crispy tempura bits, served in a flavourful Japanese Goma dressing (sesame sauce).
Other special menu items to look forward to include a hearty Chicken Stew, Clam Chowder, and Anya Croquette! Last but not least, sweeten your meal with Bond Mofu-Mofu Parfait (Hokkaido Milk) and SPY x FAMILY Special Parfait (Matcha), each featuring ample swirls of Hokkaido milk or matcha soft serve, topped with honey stars and oh-so-cute Bond chocolate.
