Slated to be EDITION’s first hotel in Southeast Asia, the 204-room property will be located in the heart of the upper Orchard Road shopping district, the most popular destination for retail and entertainment. Guests can look forward to five restaurant and bar venues, a rooftop pool, spa and fitness centre, and over 600 square metres of indoor and outdoor event space.

The Singapore EDITION will open late 2023 and is accepting reservations from 1 December 2023.
Australian Chef Josh Niland to helm signature restaurant at The Singapore EDITION
Edition Hotels has partnered with chef, restaurateur and author Josh Niland on its first hotel in Southeast Asia, bringing a sustainable, modern-age, seafood-focused steakhouse concept to Singapore.
The yet-to-be named signature restaurant will reflect Chef Niland’s globally recognised passion for seafood and focus on creating a circular economy within the restaurant and lobby bar to mitigate waste while elevating the guest experience. His one-of-a-kind creations will use the finest ingredients from world-class producers, growers, and artisanal suppliers to create a menu of fish cut to order, including rib on the bone, crown roasts, and cutlets. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
