The LEGO Group & Mercedes F1 Team Bring Grand ‘Brix’ Pop-Up Experience to Orchard Road
From now until 22 September, motorsport fans can experience the adrenaline of the race season at the LEGO Technic Grand ‘Brix’ Pop-Up Experience, located at the entrance of Wisma Atria in Orchard Road.
Designed in close collaboration between experts from The LEGO Group and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, the life-sized LEGO replica of the LEGO Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance model is a true marvel of construction and design. Fans can get up close to appreciate the intricate details and craftsmanship of this LEGO creation, which features a real steering wheel made from LEGO bricks, complete with rotatable selectors and shifting pedals.
Crafted from 192,937 LEGO bricks over 2,428 hours, the spectacular model was brought to life by a dedicated team of 15 model builders. Measuring 5.1 metres in length and 2.2 metres in width – eight times the size of the 42171 LEGO Technic Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance set – the giant LEGO display showcases the boundless power of creativity and imaginative building.

Alongside the stunning life-sized race car, the pop-up offers exciting activities for F1 enthusiasts! Think you’ve got lightning-fast reflexes? Test them at the LEGO Race Training station, where you’ll race against the clock to hit all 30 lights on the display. Or maybe you’re a master of quick tire changes? The LEGO Build for Speed station is calling your name. You’ll be challenged to swap out those LEGO tires in a blink of an eye, making sure your car is ready to hit the track. The best part? The three fastest players in each challenge won’t just walk away with bragging rights. They’ll snag the awesome 42165 Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance Pull Back set!
LEGO is also inviting you to unleash your imagination and design a custom racing machine that will dominate the Grand Prix at the LEGO Car Racing station. Then, get ready to race against your loved ones in an exhilarating showdown!
