Step into a breathtaking world of colour and creativity at the Carnival of Flowers in Gardens by the Bay from 23 September to 17 November 2024. Inspired by Australia’s renowned Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, this first-ever Australian-themed floral display at Gardens by the Bay promises a spectacular experience filled with vibrant blooms and delightful representations of iconic Australian wildlife.
What to Expect
The Carnival of Flowers showcases a stunning array of native Australian plants, including kangaroo paw, grevillea, waratah, manuka and banksia. Guests can enjoy captivating floral floats crafted from preserved flowers, featuring a towering Ferris wheel over 4 meters high and a charming carousel adorned with adorable Australian farm animals. Artistic touches include larger-than-life paper sculptures created by local artist PeiPer, alongside works reflecting Australia’s Indigenous culture by talented Toowoomba artists.
This colourful fiesta is sure to be a feast for the senses, offering visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Australia.
