For those serious about levelling up their Instagram feed, there is no better time to put on your hypebeast gears and snap away at epic neon-lit art installations.
The annual street festival will take place over two weekends in August and you can expect bigger and brighter whimsical art installations as it’s the Singapore Bicentennial this year.
