AMERICA, New York – The Flatiron building stands imposingly in the streets of Manhattan, parting 5th Avenue and Broadway. To a native New Yorker, it’s just another iconic skyscraper that constitutes the skyline of New York. To the rest of the world, it is one of the most photographed and recognised buildings in the densest borough of New York.

Though a quintessential symbol of New York City today, people feared that the Flatiron building would fall down back in 1902 when it was first built due to its radical design (back in those days). The triangle-shaped building however, has stood the test of time and houses many publishing businesses today.
