THAILAND, Chiang Rai – It’s not everyday you chance upon a blue temple, and the bright azure of Wat Rong Seur Ten in Chiang Rai leaves a deep impression when you lay your eyes upon it.

Interesting enough, this vivid blue temple does not have centuries of history, or even decades; it was actually completed a mere two years ago, making it one of the most modern and contemporary-designed temples not only in Chiang Rai, but the world.
