TAIWAN, Taipei – The Wuji Tianyuan Temple in Danshui, Taipei, is a famous Taoist temple that worships Yu Huang Dadi (玉皇大帝), the Jade Emperor who is regarded as one of the three greatest dieties in Taoism.

During the Cherry Blossom season, the surrounding park blooms a bright pink with a sakura scenery that is no less beautiful than the ones you’ll typically see in Japan and Korea. And while it can be incredibly picturesque during the day, there’s something magical when the sun sets as the temple transforms into a shining beacon during the night.
