Joo Chiat Kim Choo has also launched some new items on their menu featuring Teochew Rice Dumpling 潮州豆沙粽 made with braised pork belly, chestnut, mushrooms, dried shrimp, peanuts and red bean paste. The resulting combination is savoury with a dash of sweetness that is sure to leave you wanting more.
And for those who want something truly special or a delicious treat to pamper your grandparents – they also launched a premium rice dumpling which features Emperor’s Rice Dumpling 至尊皇粽皇, made with fragrant glutinous rice and filled with premium braised pork, dried scallops, Chinese lup cheong sausage and salted egg yolk. And don’t even get me started on what’s inside – tender braised pork belly, sweet strips of winter melon, and Joo Chiat Kim Choo’s Secret Spice Blend that creates a burst of flavour in every bite.
