How to Use ChangiFX
Using ChangiFX is as easy as ordering bubble tea online. Here’s the step-by-step:
Go Online: Go to fx.changirecommends.com
Pick Your Currency: Select from 19 currencies – think JPY for Japan, AUD for Aussie adventures, or QAR for Qatar. Minimum order is SGD 300, max is SGD 4,999 per day.
Choose Your Pickup: Decide which terminal (1, 2, 3, or 4) and when you want to collect, up to 30 days ahead.
Pay Online: Use PayNow to scan a QR code or enter UEN details. Pay within 20 minutes to lock in the rate you see (rates can shift with the market, so don’t dilly-dally).
Collect at Changi: Rock up at the Changi Recommends booth in your chosen terminal’s Departure Hall. Flash your NRIC or passport and booking reference to grab your cash. Orders are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.
