Already been to Taiwan and thinking about going back? Here’s a pretty good reason to start planning that return trip.
From 10 October 2026, Taiwan’s Tourism Administration will be giving returning independent travellers the chance to win NT$5,000 (about S$197) in travel spending credits through weekly lucky draws. Travelling with a companion? You could also score an additional NT$3,000 (about S$120), bringing the total possible reward to NT$8,000 (about S$316) for two travellers.
How to Participate

Registration opens at 10am on 1 October 2026 via the Taiwan Tourism Administration’s designated campaign website. You’ll need to sign up between seven and 90 days before arriving in Taiwan, with eligible travel dates running from 10 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
To qualify, travellers must hold a foreign passport, have no Taiwan residence permit, have visited Taiwan at least once since 1 January 2023, and be planning to stay for between three and 90 days. Once registered, you’ll automatically be entered into the weekly draw before your trip. Winners can then complete the required verification after arriving in Taiwan and redeem their travel spending credits.
