Those after a leisurely daytime celebration can opt for the Lunar New Year Weekend Dim Sum Set Menu, available for lunch on 21, 22, 28 February and 1 March 2026. Rounding things off is a specially curated à la carte menu (17 February to 3 March) showcasing auspicious yu sheng, nostalgic banquet favourites, and symbolic festive desserts.

Tablescape Restaurant & Bar at Grand Park City Hall presents a trio of festive offerings this Lunar New Year, spanning dine-in, takeaway feasts, and à la carte specialities. Highlights include two yu sheng options—the Prosperity Yu Sheng ($88) with abalone and smoked salmon, and the signature Tablescape Yu Sheng ($128) featuring Josper-grilled octopus, local lobster, and ikura. Other standouts from the takeaway menu include Glutinous Chicken in Lotus Leaf ($88) stuffed with scallops and abalone, Roasted Duck with angelica root ($98), and the indulgent Sea Treasure in a Pot ($218, serves 6) brimming with lobster, Hokkaido scallops, and fish maw.

For those dining in, the Prosperity Set Menu ($88++ per person, minimum two to dine) offers a refined progression from double-boiled chicken broth with fish maw to pan-seared Spanish Kurobuta pork, concluding with chilled mango sago. Takeaway Prosperity Feasts are also available for larger gatherings, priced at $288 for six to eight guests or $388 for eight to ten.

All offerings run from 3 to 26 February 2026, with an early bird discount of 15% off takeaway pre-orders until 1 February.

At Cantonese stalwart Hai Tien Lo, Executive Chinese Chef Edden Yap presents eight festive set menus (from $168++ to $498++ per person) available from 23 January to 3 March 2026, featuring highlights like double-boiled chicken soup with whole abalone and braised Australian fresh half abalone.

The restaurant also offers an extensive takeaway selection including poon choy—choose between the Classic Treasure Pot (from $388 nett) or the premium Double Blessings version (from $598 nett)—along with three yu sheng options and succulent barbecued meats like whole suckling pig ($438 nett).

All sets are available from 3 February to 3 March 2026, with a minimum booking of six tables required.

Chinese New Year-themed Sunday Bucket at Madison’s

For a more casual affair, all-day dining spot Madison’s puts a festive spin on its signature Sunday Bucket seafood broil every Sunday in February. Priced at $68++ for two or $108++ for four, the Southern-style sharing buckets come loaded with tiger prawns, baby crayfish, lobster, and mussels in your choice of chilli crab or scallion sauce. Add on a Signature Yusheng (from $48++ for three to four persons) topped with smoked salmon belly and hashbrown crumble, and toast to abundance with the zesty Mandarin Gin & Tonic ($12++).

Planter’s Shed at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree hosts a lavish Lunar New Year Reunion Dinner on 16 February 2026 ($138++ per adult) and Flavours of Fortune buffets on CNY Day 1 and 2 (17–18 February, $98++ per adult). Po at The Warehouse Hotel presents two Lunar New Year menus: the Feast of Harmony ($68++ per pax) and the Feast of Abundance ($88++ per pax).

The Feast of Harmony begins with Po’s Signature Popiah Set and Pork Tripe Soup with White Pepper, followed by Nonya Chap Chye and Ee-Fu Noodle to share. For The Feast of Abundance, diners will also enjoy Stuffed Oyster as a starter, followed by Braised Pork Belly with Taro and the One Treasure Pot, made with premium abalone, Hokkaido scallop with sea cucumbers in slow-braised Japanese dried scallop, before ending on a sweet note with refreshing Yuzu Cheng T’Ng or Kueh of the Day. A vegetarian menu is also available at 68++ per guest.

Diners can also add on Golden Harvest Lohei with 10 Head Abalone ($88++), Double Prosperity Ikan Olek ($108++), Fortune Spring Chicken in Lotus Leaf ($68++), or Good Fortune Glutinous Rice with Yam ($28++).

For a refined Cantonese celebration, Yan Ting at The St. Regis Singapore delivers with its thoughtfully curated Lunar New Year menus, available from 19 January to 3 March 2026. The six-course Bountiful Set ($168++ per person) features crowd-pleasers like Prosperity Yu Sheng with Crispy Fish Skin and Whitebait, Braised Fish Maw Broth with Dried Scallop and Crab Meat, and Braised 6-Head Abalone with Prosperity Oyster and Black Moss. For larger gatherings, the eight-course Lucky Set ($2,388++ per table of 10) ups the indulgence with Double-Boiled Fish Maw Consommé with Sea Whelk and Matsutake Mushroom, Steamed Marble Goby “Soon Hock”, and Roasted Duck with Angelica Root. Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chung Shing also presents an à la carte selection showcasing prized ingredients like sea cucumber, abalone, and bird’s nest in luxurious preparations.

Two seatings are available on CNY Eve (16 February 2026) at 5.30pm and 8pm, with celebrations extended to the John Jacob Ballroom for grander affairs.

Having just undergone a transformation journey late last year, W Singapore—Sentosa Cove invites guests to celebrate the Lunar New Year to stunning views of the Sentosa Marina. Available from 16 to 18 February 2026, W Singapore—Sentosa Cove 6-Course Set Menus are available for four ($328++) or six ($488++) guests, alongside a selection of à la carte Speciality dishes.  Highlights include the Mandarin Perch, paired with Lime and Green Chilli Sauce ($68++), alongside a nourishing Double-Boiled Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw with dried scallop in Ginseng Chicken Broth ($22++, individual). The celebrations continue with Fried Glutinous Rice with Truffle, Abalone Bak Kwa and Chestnuts Wrapped in Lotus Leaf ($18++, individual), before concluding on a sweet note with Mango Pomelo Sago served with Vanilla Gelato ($16++, individual).
