Discover Kopitiam and FairPrice Finest’s New Integrated Experience at Changi Airport Terminal 3

Travellers and locals looking for a fresh experience at Changi Airport Terminal 3 are in for a treat. The newly revamped 30,000 square-foot food and retail space, seamlessly integrating the iconic Kopitiam and FairPrice Finest, offers a unique blend of shopping and dining—a first-of-its-kind concept introduced by FairPrice Group.

Within the same space, customers can enjoy a diverse selection of local favourites and discover new tastes at Kopitiam while fuelling their shopping quest for unique Singaporean merchandise and essential groceries at FairPrice Finest.

The newly renovated Kopitiam houses 29 stalls offering a diverse selection to satisfy every craving. Choose from Singaporean hawker favourites like classic wanton mee from 陳 Wanton Mee and Lao Fan Ji’s nostalgic herbal bak kut teh, or explore international flavours with Indonesian classic Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang.

Halal options abound, including Bounce Teochew Fishball Noodles and Monster Chilli’s mala hot pot. Those seeking modern and international flavors will appreciate options like teppan master Mr Peppery Rice and Dan Lao’s silky scrambled egg rice bowls.

Beyond its culinary offerings, the venue provides a tranquil, colonial-inspired oasis with elegant water features and alfresco-style seating. The thoughtful alfresco-style seating, paired with black-and-white motifs, channels the charm of Singapore’s heritage spaces much like the social communal gatherings in days gone by. This bright and thoughtful design also underscores a commitment to creating an inviting environment where anyone – from international visitors to locals – can savour the best of Singaporean hospitality – a first in the Singapore food retail scene.

“We’re thrilled to welcome travellers and locals alike to this tranquil oasis, where everyone can savour the flavours of Singapore, get groceries, and shop for unique local souvenirs whilst experiencing a touch of our colonial heritage within the same space,” shares Henry Chu, CEO of Food Services at FairPrice Group.

Curated selection of grocery essentials, international gourmet products, and local souvenirs, including exclusive Lau Pa Sat / Food Folks’ products

FairPrice Finest elevates the experience further by offering a curated selection of groceries and local souvenirs for travellers—spot highlights like SG-exclusive “Made with Passion” brands, kaya, durian treats, and products from Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat. Visitors can even bring home artisanal creations by local artists like Yip Yew Chong and Lee Kow Fong, capturing the essence of Singapore’s hawker culture.

Exclusive Kopitiam’s New Icon Stamps Collection Experience For All

Adding a touch of exploration and nostalgia to the experience is the Kopitiam-exclusive “Taste of Singapore Icon Stamp Series”. Inspired by the cherished tradition of collecting stamps at train stations in Japan, this initiative celebrates Singapore’s landmarks and culture. Each stamp highlights Singapore’s iconic landmarks such as Gardens by the Bay and the historic Lau Pa Sat, along with the nation’s rich culinary heritage, including dishes like chilli crab, the classic breakfast set, and satay. Whether you’re exploring home or visiting from afar, make a stop at Changi Airport Terminal 3 to collect these unique mementos or perhaps send someone a meaningful postcard.

Daily Surprises Await!

To add a touch of fun to the integrated dining and grocery experience, for the first time, visitors can scan a Golden “Daily Surprises” QR code at the store entrance for a chance to win daily vouchers to offset their meal or grocery purchase when using the FairPrice Group App. It could be up to $3 off your meals or up to $10 off your grocery bill – there’s a new surprise every day!
