CAMBODIA, Siem Reap – Angkor Wat is perhaps the most well-known religious site in the world. It certainly is the largest; the entire complex spans a whopping 162.6 ha in total. The site is most famous for its formidable stupas, but as our friends @chopsticksontheloose show us, just a little change in perspective can result in photos that are refreshingly different.

The temple ruins they are standing on were discovered near the famous reflecting pond outside the Angkor Wat grounds. It offers a different vantage point from which to admire the rising sun as it breaks over the outline of the majestic Angkor Wat.
