USA, San Francisco – The Golden Gate Bridge is not only an iconic architecture of San Francisco, but perhaps the single most identifying factor of this west coast city.

It was once said that the currents of the San Francisco bay, along with the depths of water, meant that it was nigh impossible to have a suspension bridge at that location, but that didn’t stop Joseph Strauss from conceptualising what is now considered by many to be one of the most beautiful bridges in the world.
