Seasonal Menu Highlights

The star of IPPUDO’s latest seasonal menu is the Wagyu Hamburg Mazesoba ($25). This special dish combines two Japanese favourites, ramen and Hamburg steak. It features a juicy Japanese Hamburg Steak with an oozy cheese centre, paired with thick, chewy noodles, Parmesan cheese, a poached egg, fresh coriander, a hint of black pepper and a spicy karaka miso sauce. It’s a bowl of umami-packed goodness that is sure to satisfy any ramen lover.

Complementing the seasonal ramen, IPPUDO has introduced several enticing new side dishes, including the Salmon Carpaccio ($12), which features sushi-grade salmon sashimi pounded and served with IPPUDO’s original umami sauce, garnished with parsley and chili powder.

Another highlight is the Salmon Roll ($16), consisting of lightly seared salmon slices wrapped around sushi rice, topped with creamy mentaiko mayo and a pop of fish roe.

Note: Wagyu Hamburg Mazesoba is not available at IPPUDO Express and Marina Bay Sands outlets, while the Salmon Carpaccio is not offered at IPPUDO Express and Westgate outlets and the Salmon Roll is excluded from IPPUDO Express, Marina Bay Sands and Westgate outlets.
