ShakeShack has finally brought its well received White Truffle menu from overseas to Singapore’s shores. Available at all outlets from today onwards, the White Truffle Menu consists of three new items available to order featuring real white truffle sauce, made with Regalis’ Foods USDA Organic White Truffle Arbequina Oil.
White truffle is rare to come by in the food industry and so their use of it here in this new special ShakeShack menu. This rarity stems from the fact that white truffles are a type of unique ingredient that grows on the roots of specific trees that cannot be cultivated in certain limited climates. This explains the exorbitant price of white truffle commonly averaging five times the price of black truffle.
White Truffle Burger
Shake Shack’s White Truffle Burger consists of a Fontina cheeseburger, topped with real white truffle sauce and crispy sweet onions upon their signature potato buns.
White Truffle Shroom Burger
Their White Truffle Shroom Burger is filled with a crisp fried filling, with meunster and cheddar cheese, topped with real white truffle sauce made from Regalis organic white truffle oil, and shredded lettuce atop their signature potato bun.
Parmesan Fries With White Truffle Sauce
Crispy Crinkle cuts topped with parmesan cheese and served with real white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil.
