Moms can enjoy a welcome drink at the brunch, followed by a complimentary DIY flower arrangement workshop with the in-house florist. They’ll also get a chocolate bark jar and a family polaroid as keepsakes. Brunch stations include Fresh Seafood, Seasonal Oysters, Foie Gras, Crackling Pork Belly, Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Angus Beef Ribeye, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg, as well as modern Asian classics, grilled meats, and fresh seafood. The restaurant has specially created dishes for Mother’s Day specials such as Ginseng and Abalone Noodles, Roasted Goose, Chilli Mud Crab, and Baked Halibut to elevate the brunch experience.
